
The Ohio Resource Center Network (RCN) consists of four regional resource centers and the Ohio Literacy Resource Center located at Kent State University. The resource centers provide the professional development training, resource materials and support for the ABLE instructors and staff in the state of Ohio. Each resource center focuses on a particular program component and often provides the training in that component for the rest of the state.
